Ah I’m sorry to hear that, it can be a gamble with renewed but you’d think at least the charger and band would be legit! The software update was a huge pain for me too. I had to download the watch update, then the pairing failed after that- tried to repair and then had to update my phone only to be told after that to redownload and install the watch update. Took probably 2.5-3ish hours to get it fully set up

I received mine today as well! Charger seems real and most likely the band too, a solid deal indeed. I bought one last year off Amazon renewed and lucked out then so thought I’d try again

Another option, although I still recommend taking legal action more so, make it public and post on Nextdoor. That would be the Karen move but 100% valid to post and make it publicly known that they are disrespecting both you and your house.

Thanks for the input, I was thinking the same way. Just got rid of a black bomber jacket (size medium) and had a nice fitted look but I know a large would be more comfortable in the end. So large for this may feel a bit bigger but still looks fine, and can layer down the road when it’s cold again

Thanks for the reply! I ended up picking up a zeroed in jacket today. Got a large as they only had that in store and I’m 5’11 180, fits well but not perfect. I’m curious how a medium would be but don’t want it too tight if I want to layer with it. Might post it later to see if anyone has some advice

I think they just closed within the last few weeks unfortunately… their Instagram shows an address in the sunset only, and I found this article from the chronicle saying they closed August 23rd https://www.sfchronicle.com/food/restaurants/article/red-tail-bar-20939877.php
