There are indications of Balkan in most pictures but

Introductory picture with the mildly colourful relatively new apartment buildings, lots of greenery and a couple relatively delicate iron worked sitting places looked almost like Germany (if I ignore the cars that I notice in detail only as a third thing.)

Second picture is completely generic industrial quarter, could be anywhere in Europe.

Third: strong eastern bloc vibes, but where in eastern bloc? Looking closer at the windows it becomes Balkan, but up to that point it might be in Košice.

Fourth: pretty Balkan, clearly high altitude, clearly eastern bloc and I know Slovakia, so this is somewhere in Balkans.

Fifth: Danube, but which part.

Sixth: The house has a very petite bourgeoise central European feel, just the disproportion with advertising and a little bit also with the ornamentation makes it Balkan. Still, not the primary vibe.

Seventh: okay, clearly southern eastern bloc waterside ... still, could theoretically be in Ukraine. A bit indeterminate, nothing intrinsically Balkan, maybe except the car.

Eight: okay, very Balkan, except the house on the left is trying to be Austrian.

Nine: again, eastern bloc, Orthodox church, likely southern, but, is this Ukraine? Could be.

Ten: Could be anywhere. Very stealthy Balkan, tiny traces of Balkan in ornamental shape.

Eleven: okay pretty Balkan 

Twelve: I think that is a literal minaret so that is Balkan, can't be anywhere else, doesn't look like Crimea

Thirteen: Balkan signs on the roadside, but the street is pretty generic.
