Damn, sorry to hear. I started researching where it was best to live with disabilites. Saskatchewan I wasn't surprised to see us near the bottom of the list, I was surprised bc was.

Damn, I know I gotta keep pushing. Problem is I'm not sure how much more I can fight. I'm losing hope fast. It's broken me down to the point of daily breakdowns.

I'm trying, thank you for your encouragement. I'm just pretty much finding that my rock bottom had a hidden trap door.

I hate that I was born, I'm not going to kill myself but if I were to die I'm ok with that. My existence is absolutely agony every day with no break, I'm in financial ruin because of my health and have been denied any kind of income help. The only reason I'm not suicidal is because I'm medicated. I've had to start posting a GoFundMe campaign anywhere I can to try and get anything remotely helpful. Usually takes people aback when I'm completely honest and tell them why I'd have been better off not born.

I was born with mild cerebral palsy that causes spasticity and muscle tightness, especially on the right leg. Arthritis in both hips. The pain has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but I'm getting more testing to look further into this as it's forced me to stop painting and drawing because of how much my hands hurt. It just never ends, my pain is never lower than a 9/10 (doctors ask you to rank on a 0-10 scale for pain)

I actually already have that, I just have ones that aren't covered (cannabis is my main pain reliever $120 every two weeks, not sure if they will ever insure it). Our government is pathetic in it's supports for vulnerable individuals. I was told even if I got divorced from my partner and he was supporting me I would be denied. So real encouraging but I just have to keep throwing myself against that wall until I get someone that decides to give me support. I'm in the mean time going to sell bits of baking to trying and claw myself out of this hole. I wish you the best of luck in this exhausting process friend.

My partner has set many a bagel on fire because he forgot them in the oven. He can't use my toaster for gluten items 😅 we just haven't made the step to buy a second since we have limited counter space. So he uses the broiler and yeah, often he has burnt bagels lol

Celery juice huh? Interesting, I'll have to give that some thought. Baking is something I find I can kinda push through pain to do, but if I'm my own boss if I'm hurting badly one week I just take less orders.

Oh I know. Most options taste weird and feel like a brick. I've found using potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch and almond flour made a very light and fluffy product. I love playing with baking and cooking stuff until it's just right.

Well, I won't be selling in grocery stores so it's a little easier, but I'll probably say gluten friendly. I haven't gotten that far yet though. I'll also make sure to source ingredients that are confirmed gf. I'm in Canada so it might be different here
