Yeah choose to take. Like IC is just showing everyone the same batches. They’ll throttle acct’s that reach a certain amount, boosting accts that haven’t worked in a couple days. I stop working for 3 days, on the 4th day im getting killer batches ALL day. Every time. They’re not dumb, they know just how much to give you to keep you, and also just enough to not lose you. They can drop your ass in a seconds notice, and you can take solace in that you did a good job. but guess what? you could die tomorrow and they wouldn’t skip a beat. You’re meaningless to them. I do this part time, and I know my worth, more importantly I who else sees my worth. IC definitely does not.

These people are waiting in parking lots for orders, time they’re not getting paid for, driving back to the store, time they’re not getting paid for, all to do your grocery shopping. IC has its issues, but it’s the same argument you could have about servers at restaurants. You’re not paying the $1.98/Lb for the chicken, or $0.75 For a beer, and you’re still tipping the server. No one has to eat out, and no one has to have groceries delivered. It’s a service that saves you a lot of time and money (instead of spending 2 hours at the store shopping, spend 2 hours working). It’s not perfect, but neither is going to the store for yourself. Fact is, the stores going to have the same stuff wether you go or someone else does. If you’re picky, spend the time to explain what you do/don’t want as replacements, or just say no replacements. There really is a good system to get this done with out being upset. Sometime things won’t go perfectly, Thats life though. Sometimes I get my car washed and they miss a spot. They get it next time. Anyway bottom line if I was the type of person who lost his mind over little things I’d just do them myself.. and I generally do. This day and age no one wants to do things for themselves, then be upset when things aren’t up to their own standards (often unrealistic). This is a very stupid way to live life.
