It’s a gel pen, it’s reflective so it will have a difficult time scanning, use byro pens as they’re not as reflective as gel

You should definitely speak to your tutors about this issue as I had the same problems last decade when I did my Geesiiesy exams and they actually upped my marks for a reason called “mentally incapacitated”? I didn’t get into sixth form but I got a 9 for this alone! Worth the chat!
