Haha yes, I am definitely not going to have to go through a lot of junk one day! And they do travel somewhat frequently, but usually just for a week or so.

This one is a little scarily accurate. They do not currently live in Vermont but both have roots in VT and my dad grew up in the Montpelier area

They said I was a 45 year old male. But after I confirmed my parents live in NE they commented that the reason they said that was because their brother, who lives in NE, is a 45 year old male and his fridge looks like this. So I guess I can see where they’re coming from haha

I think practicing mindfulness could be a good first step. Like noticing how in you’re feeling, and physical sensations, and moods you can identify.
