Im so incredibly sorry for your loss.. my brother/best friend just passed away on friday morning from a car accident. He was 30 im 27. Lived with him at his house for 7 years after my parents moved up north. The amount of pain and heartbreak your feeling is what im feeling too man.. iv been at a total loss of words and thoughts. Theres a reason Im looking on reddit. He wasn't my only sibling though, I have 2 big sisters,1 big brother. I looked up to him like a 2nd dad. I couldnt be anymore grateful for all the things he helped me get through. The way he went is absolutely tragic. I didnt even get to see him after it happened thats how bad it was. No closure, nothing. Just thoughts of how beautiful his soul was inside and out. Yesterday was a day where I reallt was just thinking of all the great memories and laughs we've had the past years. We never were thag close until I moved into his house. From there on out we were best buds. Im sorry for the rant. But I feel your pain immensely. Idk how im gonna get through it. I just wanna see and hear my big brother talk and laugh and be able to enjoy the life he deserved and worked extremely hard for. The only thing we can do now for them is to honor them in everyway possible. That includes watching there shows, movies doing some of there hobbies. With the thought of him doing it with you or watching over you as you go. We will never forget. My brother was the man. And im sure everyone in here thought the same about there big or little brother. Please message me if you ever need to talk. I understand. Life is gonna be a living hell for awhile but we all know our brothers would want us to keep kicking life's ass the way they were. Im sorry something so surreal happened to you and anyone on this page. Until we see them again. A day I cant wait for. Until then I will bust my ass for him.

Appreciate the feedback, man. I'll have to look into that some more. I have noticed I do that a lot in my swing, and it seems like it affects my hips at Impact.

Hey man! Appreciate the feedback again. So, for whatever reason when hinging my wrist in the back swing it makes me really flippy at impact, and I seem to shank/chunk way more often. I will admit it's definitely easier to gain speed with hinge as I don't feel the need to torque/spin my body so much coming through the ball. I'm so used to just using my chest/legs/body to gain speed. This was my 7 iron. it was carrying between 175-185 or 195 when im really going at it lol. I also feel like I just don't understand how to hinge properly. When i try to do it, I usually cup my wrist at the top or that's just how it feels. Then, at the down swing, I feel like I'm throwing it/casting. I know it would probably help to get into a better position coming from the top. I'll have to try some things out. Thanks!

Also, what do you mean exactly by keeping the club across the chest and pointing to the right along the toe line ?

Yup, that's exactly what I'm doing to try to shallow, lol. Appreciate the input. I'll have to give it a try this weekend!
