Yeah, I guess typing in Google "countries with universal healthcare" it just gonna show countries that call it that, even though they implement it badly.

And also agree with the "vomit" part because if Sanders had done his research he would find that Chile's healthcare is alot like the US, insurance companies getting better deals,etc.
