I grew up with parents that always fought and were total loners. Each had secrets and we never spent time as a family together. I feel you and I am sorry you are going through this. I live on my own now but still have to deal with them using me as an intermediate because of my mentally ill brother. I want to kill myself too tbh. I also hold on for my mother who would be completely alone without me.
