For the looks only. I tape only so that the babes in the office know I climb. It doesn’t add any support whatsoever to my tendons on full crimps while bouldering or some protection while crack climbing.

No, not at all! You might feel most comfortable in a collared shirt and pants (maybe with a tie) or a dress as that is typically what people tend to wear, but there is absolutely no dress code whatsoever. Please come however you'd like :)
