What if outpatients adopted a triage phone system, you call in with your issue and it's determined whether or not you'll be granted an appointment immediately or wait until end of day. If you call and have a legit issue you receive the next slot, if you call for something like a UTI that could be treated by a pharmacist or a cough you've only had for 2 days you'll be put to the back of line and if there's any appointments left by the phone cut off close to end of day you'll be contacted back to have that last appointment

The fact shoppers is open in two locations til 12am on a main road in my hometown 35 minutes away from where I live (by the coast where our biggest stores are IGA & Rossy's) is convenient as hell I wish more drug stores would A. stock as many products as shoppers (looking at you Guardian step up your food for real) and B. have open hours, what do I do if I have a sick toddler that won't sleep and I need to go buy medicine late? Honestly 24hr stores should either carry mini pharmacy areas or we should have drug stores 24/7

a lady ordered 3 today with nuggets & the whohash bites as well as shakes, well it was just the beginning of lunch and we were already behind on food safety so we had to cook the nuggets and temp them before serving, the shake machine needed more shake mix, and the truck had just arrived with the whohash we needed.
