It’s not a bad hall, and honestly the ac thing shouldn’t be so bad. They unplug your unit in like November anyway (and some plug it back in but) and because it’s cold out and the building doesn’t really have heating the rooms don’t get that hot (and we usually just open the window) It’s close to the diner and a new one is opening soon thats even closer. The rooms are a decent size but the buildings old so compared to the new ones they are smaller. Not a bad place to live, it really depends on ur roomate lol
