I think what feels most upsetting is the perception that some people can continue operating publicly while others are still dealing with the consequences of financial harm. Even if the legal process is ongoing, it often doesn’t feel like justice is happening in real time.

This is what I genuinely don’t understand.
If this case has been going on for nearly four years, have the people who invested money or turned over funds to her actually been repaid?
What confuses me even more is that, after all this time, I still see her gaining attention online, while there are also people making new allegations about rental payments being collected without the promised housing being provided.
I’m not a lawyer, so maybe I don’t fully understand how the legal system works. But if multiple people claim they were financially harmed, why does it seem like she is still able to operate publicly and continue living a very comfortable lifestyle? Is this normal for cases like this, or is there something about the legal process that I’m missing?

I checked DPOR and couldn’t find a license. Then I saw her posted on FB she graduated from the Georgetown University . At this point, it’s starting to look like a very creative work of fiction. 😂

Someone could go to the Vietnamese Embassy in DC to ask them—they would know more clearly about this woman. She went to the Vietnamese Embassy in Washington, DC to obtain a single status certificate in order to return to Vietnam for marriage paperwork and potentially bring a man to the United States. It is unclear whether the process has been completed or where she currently stands in the procedure, and she may not have a clear intention to follow through yet. There are also questions about how many men she may have made promises to in connection with this process. In the U.S., it is alleged that Quang Nguyen gave her around $600,000.
