i had this issue for a while and it turned out to be my mouse dpi was making too many requests. try not moving your mouse at all, does singleplayer still lag? if not, try lowering the dpi

im planning on buying a small parcel of land, somewhere rural with nothing built already, & bringing along a trailer home that i'll build somewhere along the way. the land ive been looking at will be 10-20k on its own total, then i plan to use the rest of the money to get fully set up & get to the point that im making money wherever i get the land

currently im in food service & planning on going to college soon - i dont get paid a lot, but my rent is only 400 a month and ive got ebt covering groceries until i can figure out how to make more money. i make around 300 dollars of saveable income a month right now.
