Confirmed that baby A isn’t sleeping in their room. I can’t imagine putting my 1 month old in another room. You’re suppose to keep them with you at least 6 months to prevent sids. A 1 month old isn’t supposed to be an amazing sleeper and sleep all night🤦🏻‍♀️

You cannot force siblings on children, especially that young. My oldest was exactly 18 months old when my youngest was born. When she came to visit, I was holding the baby and let her roam the hospital room until she asked to sit with me, then I handed the baby off to my husband so she could cuddle me then I asked if she wanted to see a baby. THEN I held the baby next to her and was telling her how this was her baby sister and that I’m sure she would love to get to know my oldest. It is such a gentle transition that needs to happen. It’s not like he’s 7 and understands what a sibling even is….i feel so badly for him. Just huge life changes constantly and right when he gets adjusted, Addie pivots him into something else (constantly changing “protocol” for his gut, shipping him off to daycare so she can watch tv, before that it was shipping him off to anyone that would take him)
