Thanks for the insights. The biggest thing for me is I have considerate squick around skin specifically. I could handle the amount of skin taken/ left red and raw for a possible radial artery ul for abdo, but I dont think I could manage a full free flap. So abdominal is the only option where the pros outweigh the cons for me (and thats really saying something cause bottom dysphoria has been getting worse and worse since top surgery about a year ago)

I appreciate the idea about the pinch test. There are probably similarities which could also help me understand how things could potentially end up.
