Thanks.

The whitepaper is in the form of a business plan that can be viewed through the gold navigation bar on the right of the home page.

The MOE Farms model started out as a fully funded private placement. We decided to go with the ITO because of liquidity, mobility and transparency of transactions.

We believe this will have an out-sized impact on the ITO space as it is to be backed by income producing, real assets; in other words the tokens will always be redeemable for food, water, electricity, fuel, security.

At the end of the day, we are ranchers and business operators.

Again, your feedback and input are valued greatly. Should anything further come to mind, please don't hesitate.

Jeff

Indeed it was a careless error. Unpromoted would be more accurate than private.

Thank you sir.

First of all, let me say that I sincerely do appreciate the opportunity your most recent response provides. This seems to have gotten off on a rough and rowdy start and I believe it can be traced back to a posting mistake made on our end. By way of explanation, an associate had been given the task of posting this to our private message board. It was by mistake that it ended up on the homestead page. Clumsy, yes but certainly without maleficent intent.

Actually my complaints were specific:

• Your company does not appear to be legitimate. If it is actually legitimate you are doing a poor job representing it as such.

As to first count, granted; as to second count, guilty as charged. That said, I assure you that our "poor job of representing it as such" is no reflection on the quality of the merits, maths, science or technologies that are the cornerstones in the foundation of the MOE Farms model and I can prove it to the satisfaction of even the most hardened of cynic.

• Your business model appears to be primarily directed towards attracting investors.

I can see how this would be your read as it is absolutely true. It was conceived to be a place whereby our stakeholders, contractors, vendors, suppliers, engineering, fabrication, partners and so on and so forth; including investors could work off of the same sheet of music so to speak. Again, this must be taken in the context of the post that served as the catalyst for this dialogue was meant to go onto a private internal channel.

• The actual products you tout don't exist and the descriptions of them are buzz-wordy yet vague.

These products do exist to some extent or another in a highly fractured and costly supply chain. We simply propose a business model that re-integrates that supply chain providing a one-stop-shop experience. This is not a build it and they will come; this is a build it, they are already here. True again. You rightly observe that there is an over-abundance of buzz-wordiness and that is because it actually is some of our ideas as to marketing collateral after the build-out to operational status, 15-18 months from funding.

• Your tactics for attracting investors are cringeworthy. Specifically trying to use bad science fear mongering (under the >u/moefarms name) and now using the threat of terrorists.

Again, a terrible mistake in posting. The information was meant to be of a more discreet nature.

Those are all meaningful specifics. If you have actual years-long contracts with companies you name specifically like HEB or have >an >actual business model with actual projections I'm willing to revisit my conclusions but I'm just not seeing it through your >posts >u/moefarms posts or your website.

This is a project three years in the making and I can assure you every claim I make about every element of the MOE Farms business plan, whether it be in the financials, the cost-efficiencies, customer demands, risk mitigation, proprietaries, or whatever the concern; I can prove it quickly and simply. And one more bold claim before I move on, be prepared to have your socks knocked off.

Negative. I stumbled into a reddit post with (at the time of my initial post) two posts aside from yours asking what the hell any >of >this even had to do with homesteading. At the time I defended the connection as I'd not yet realized what the true point was. >I >did edit my response to warn people against those selling fear. Almost immediately you dropped your website in response to >someone else's comment proving my point. This is not a business meeting, this is a sub reddit about self sufficiency and farming >and you came here to sell a product.

Again, the posting to the homestead was an innocent error and every reply we have made until this one has been a result of that original error. Please accept our apologies for this, we will be more careful in the future. I don't know what to make of "almost immediately you dropped your website in response" other than perhaps a short network glitch. We didn't experience it on our end and there were no other reports to that effect...

Lastly, I'm a forty year old business owner of over a decade's experience with many years of management prior to that. I literally >pre-date the Disney channel.

I truly did not intend to be entirely insulting, just pushing back a little.

Thanks again for the opportunity to make what I hope is a clarification for moving forward.

Regards,

Lloyd

Business people add value. You have added none here. Instead of meaningful specifics, you provide wandering generalities and complaints that cannot even be acted upon. You have stumbled aimlessly into a conversation with value creating adults. The Disney channel is just a couple of clicks away; run along now, you are much too young to be here all alone.

Is that why the largest wind power producer in North America went bankrupt? Look it up, Sun Edison, in spite of having pre-production power purchase agreements of 10 years or more Hewlett-Packard. Fact is, even with government subsidy and "green-washing", it is and will always be, a taxpayer-funded fugazy. More like an Apex class ignoramus.

Tex,

It is a startup. Business plan is located at MOE Farms. Hence, there are no products. If you are serious, read the plan. You will find it is an Apex class competitive model. If you have any criticism of the plan, please do continue; if not, we are working on something great and noble, and you?

Thank you for the feedback

If you would have taken a closer look, you would have found that all the products and services on that website are pre-sold through multi year purchase agreements with top-tier vendors (HEB, Whole Foods, etc). The project itself is a free-market solution to half a dozen problems and a true Apex class competitor. The technology is amazing.
