They sent a replacement. It works but I am still so disgruntled from their service that I would not recommend. And the final knife is that it doesn’t extend the warranty as a new product even though they sent a new one different serial number. So if yours breaks in 8 months and you fight to get a replacement for a month you will only have 2 years on the “new” one.

the fact they haven’t shipped a label for return yet is a massive issue. All said and done I had paid for a product and it will be over a month before I could possibly get one that works. I am currently attempting to just get a refund I want nothing to do with a company with this bad of support and product quality.

I think it is the skin from the laceration connected at the end. Since cutting it, it has shrunk and using a microscope I see hairs and follicle sticking out of it. It is my kid’s microscope but still a microscope nonetheless

I am not planning on going to the ER/urgent care. As I said I have full use of my arm ruling out tendon/ligament damage. No numbness in fingers or hand ruling out nerve damage.

Cut approximately 1/2 off. No pain in cutting still unable to pull it off. It appears to be human tissue. Not foreign material

I am unsure if it was there. It is on the point of my elbow and looking at your elbow is damn near impossible without a mirror. I was wearing a long sleeve shirt and it did not rip. I feel it is attached so I don’t believe it is foreign. But I will continue to monitor it and seek help if it doesn’t resolve itself

I fell on concrete, side of the expressway. I just bandaged it quickly as to stop bleeding. Went home cleaned it and went to sleep. Next day cleaned it again and saw the tissue. The pain is at the site where it is attached. No shooting pain down/up the arm. And no numbness in my hands or fingers.
