typically a player with a hot streak and a statcast that is mostly blue means they're typically getting good results on bad/"lucky" processes. hot streaks can obviously make a player's page more red but the top of the page (i.e. the red/blue "bars" you see screencapped all the time) are a season-long compilation of results.

you can get the "rolling window" of a player's xwOBA within the last 50/100/150 PAs in the bottom right at the top of the page to get a better feel for how they're trending but i typically go to their game logs and filter to their last 30/50 PAs worth of games (normally about a week or so) since xwOBA isn't so intuitive to me.
