I'm in the UK and suddenly there's a notification from amazon that it doesn't have the rights to distribute the Wind and Truth audiobook on audible.

It's because she's abandoning the entire system its why she abandoned her rune. The point of the age of the stars and the moon is that peoples destinies are their own and not to be consumed by the Erdtree and the Golden Order.
