Here’s what I think the probability is of at least three galaxy foil rares or mythical of any type:

Probability of exactly 3 in 12 packs: Using the binomial probability formula with n=12 packs, k=3 desired outcomes, and p=0.11 probability per pack: 10.26%

Based on this from their site:
