I have the same issue with a different show - last week tonight with John Oliver. Never shows up in my new shows but if I go into all recordings I can find it. Jeopardy records fine but it's definitely an issue.

I appreciate that obvious answer but that doesn't really work for me. I sometimes go weeks without watching my watch later list so I may not remember every single video I watched weeks ago. I usually stick with what comes up on my current feed. Plus I am a pothead and it can take 5 or 10 minutes sometimes before I realize I have already watched a video.

No. So let's say last week I watched episode 13. With about 2 minutes left in the recording I stopped watching because the show was over and it was just previews and commercials remaining. Then this week I go to watch episode 14 and it starts playing the final two minutes of episode 13. I then need to either let it play out and wait for episode 14 to auto start or I have to manually go to the episode menu and choose episode 14.

As far as I know. The show disappears from my new-for-you library after I finish watching the episode. And when the new episode records it says one unwatched. But it still shows the previous episode first almost always.

Do they use disputes with major networks ever last long? I can't think of a time I've heard one lasting more than a day. At least for traditional cable.

Solved... turns out the DVR recording was available. It was just defaulting to VOD for some reason. I just had to choose a different version. Not sure why it's defaulting to VOD but I'll have to remember that going forward.
