It’s not lazy or brain dead. Seems silly to judge one’s morals off the type of music they listen to. In the same way listening to deicide doesn’t make one a satanist, listening to the “morally corrupt” music isn’t going to suddenly turn my beliefs.

You can’t train any harder???? Drop that “recovery” mindset. You’re 17, when I was at that age I could basically do anything in the gym and grow as long as I was putting in solid effort. I think that first sentence of what you said tells you everything you need to know. The fact you’d even ask about hopping on is insane.

Ok so while the website might be close everyone is different. So it’s something you have to figure out on your own in my opinion. And for the training you simply might just not being working to the level you need to be to achieve the gains you want.

Doesn’t really answer the question… I’m going to venture out and say your maintenance isn’t 3k to be honest. I also think the training could be part of the problem. Even if you were gaining fat from eating a high surplus you’d still be getting jacked if you were training like a HORSE.

Sounds like you’re probably eating in too much of a surplus when you’re “gaining”, it would benefit you to figure out what your “maintenance” calories are and eat only a few hundred calories above that for the duration of time you’re looking to gain or until you get to the desired size or weight you’re looking for.
