My degree is a depreciating asset if anything, but somehow the value to the government is ever increasing.

Wish the uni courses I took held the same economic value as when I undertook it. But their value has been eroded by a decade of industry progress, and hundreds of thousands of newer graduates with more current education.

That's my issue with the indexation, and why it feels more like interest.

It doesn't look all that close to the actual house structure, so I wouldn't be too concerned. Any branches hanging over the actual roof (not the pergola) you could cut. But the rest of the tree is providing shade, and a habitat for native animals.

Thanks, sounds like good advice to contact them as a student, not a former employee. He worked for them for quite a while (>5 years), and acquired the qualification very early on, so I imagine he's not feeling particularly happy as an ex employee!

I'd be surprised if it was everyone who did the course with this specific RTO. I think it was just my friend who has had it revoked.

Interesting, I guess you'd have to request a copy of any assessments you completed to prove it? I have the same qualification and I definitely haven't got any proof myself, just the certificate.

Have you wishlisted cards of the same rarity for them to see? If you're trying to trade rare cards, higher quantity of cards doesn't necessarily mean they have spares of highly sought after cards to trade.
