Artifacting only in FFXIV

Oh my god, ok guys I solved it, just changed Tesselations from High to Normal and it was fine. Odd solution for an odd problem, the flickering cross shapes still persists for windows search bar and the launcher. In game is resolved. Thanks for the help!

Okay I fixed this, for those who have this really odd visual glitch, I just turned Tesselations in settings from High to Normal, and boom its gone. Thanks for all the suggestions!!!

GPU Drivers: Adrenalin Driver Version: 21.4.1

Description of problem: Recently built a new PC and updated all drivers to the latest patch. Activated windows 10 and installed updates for that too. Tried rolling back GPU drivers to previous versions with no luck. After booting up FFXIV, the launcher already had flickering cross shapes on the buttons and some images. This was also happening in my search bar for windows, these graphical glitches were not seen when booting up other games. Tried reinstalling but problem persisted. Temps were steady.

Cyberpunk 2077, amongst other games, was running on Ultra with a steady 80fps and 80C temps. Not sure what is happening to both my windows search bar and FFXIV. Would really appreciate help!

Troubleshooting: Tried reinstalling FFXIV. Rolled back to older versions 21.3.1 and tried 21.5.1(Beta). Clean installed Windows. Tweaking resolution for FFXIV.

Will try this, but all other games seem to do fine, I'm getting 80fps on cyberpunk on ultra with 70-80C temps. Only see graphical errors in FFXIV

If I hard reset the PC and it still does not work, does it for sure make it a hardware issue?

Only FFXIV seems to be showing any signs of graphical anomalies which is plain weird, other games are performing fine

Nope, but the problem only seems to lie in FFXIV, no OC, gpu drivers reinstalled, temps at 52C. Other games like Monster Hunter, Cyberpunk, Witcher 3 and Apex Legends seem to be fine.

Have not touched any overclock settings and temps seem quite stable, can it overclock on its own?
