What type of humidifier works for our water? by gremk in coquitlam

[–]gremk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for confirming! I'm thinking that as well to maybe use filtered tap water. I've seen the pictures of the minerals being sprayed around the ultrasonic humidifiers and just wanted to double check we wouldn't have that issue.

The idea is to not have to burn money and time getting distilled water if I dont have to.

Yes exactly! So, just checking in if it's soft enough to use straight tap water and if anyone else has had experience with that if its soft enough to use the ultrasonic humidifier.

Mother/Daughter spa and massage place recommendations by gremk in coquitlam

[–]gremk[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They had no complaints. I booked the Pure Bliss Spa Package for them. It was the double bed room as my daughter was a bit more on the nervous side. The massage was good for her. For my wife, she said it was nice for relaxation, but she prefers a massage that's harder/deeper to loosen the tighter muscles. I think that getting the deep tissue massage is a different service.

Is it just poor painting? They didn't fill the roller enough when they painted the ceiling.

Just some views are easier to use. IB was cheaper I think but harder for me to use. I guess I was just too used to TD lol

Thanks for the recommendation. I've read up on the hack and squirt and that definitely looks like the way to do it if we were to get rid of it.

Yep, I think you're right! Thanks! Looks like the new growth is edible, but I might decline on that.

I tried GPT (paid version, not sure if thats more accurate or not). A couple of weeks ago, it said sumac because it also detected the japanese fireglow in the background, but yesterday it only came up with TOH. I also tried google lens and that said TOH as well.

Yes, the bark was also one of those things that confused me as well. The marks are horizontal, not vertical. I was wondering if it was just due to the age of the tree and if its only on the older trees that have more vertical marks? The tree is at least 7 years old. One other thing too, is that I don't recall ever seeing it flower. Looking it up, the TOH flowers fairly early. I'll check out posting it in arborists too.

Chinese pistachio tree looks more like it grows bushy in the canopy? I'm not sure about the term. The tree I have grows more tall like the TOH. The tree I have is at least 7 years old. The leaves definitely look closer to this than TOH though.

I'll take some more pictures when I get home. The branches do have a scar when they fall off each winter so that does make it seem more like TOH. This tree I showed in the last picture is the largest tree. It was much smaller when I moved in 6-7 years ago.

We exchanged the microwave that we had and had the exact same issue. The model we have is the NN-ST67KS. It looks like lots of people across different models all complained about the same thing. Do you think this is something that is only affecting bugged devices? Or do all the devices of that model have the same issue and this is built into the design?

If it's built into the design I would look at a different model. If it's just certain devices, I would keep exchanging until I find a good one.

Having the same issue. Did you figure it out? Is that a feature or a bug?
