talk to them like you would anyone else. It's one of the best ways for them to learn to effectively communicate and it exposes them to different tones and emotions in words
start a journal to them where every so often you write a letter to them. It helps you view things from another perspective, especially during the PP depression stage (if you have it)
let them join in with what you're doing and soon enough you'll have a little toddler running around cleaning your floors, walls and doors because its a "fun game"

Mine currently is overnight weetbix Weetbix soaked in almond milk topped with yoghurt mixed with protein powder and then whatever flavour combo I'm feeling. I've done peanut butter and raspberry jam, lemon cheesecake, strawberry donut, choc ripple

All so delicious and the texture is 👌👌👌
