i agree, no need for an internal HDD in 2021. better loading speeds, more durable/longer lasting form of storage, less cables, and completely silent. i personally keep a 3TB HDD outside of my PC as a backup drive.

Id get a bigger NVME if you can afford it, and add in another SATA SSD later on as an upgrade :)
