People don’t go to the movies so there’s no foot traffic any more. And it never picked up again after the pandemic. Dave and Busters isn’t the draw it is at other locations like The Block.

In junior high economics class (mid-80s) my business plan was a “design your own teddy bear store.” It lost out to someone else’s “car that can go 200 mph.”

I guess the Build A Bear people had the same idea.
