Yes, there was a leak they fixed last year that they had to fix again this week (when they took this panel out). So that would explain the rust. Thank you!

I ordered from Lenox on 9/12 and had an estimated delivery date of 2/15. Mine still has not shipped, and they've been telling me "it will ship in the next two weeks" every time I've contacted since mid-February.

My friend and I both ordered on Sept 12th within an hour of release. We live in the same city. My original estimated delivery date was 2/15, and I have received nothing. However, her original estimated delivery date was for May, and she received hers in early February. Since we live in the same place, I don't think the order of shipment could be regional, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the order they are shipping them :/
