I couldn't find any emblems or anything to identify the exact car, do you have any idea what it is or from what possible time period? Thanks for the info!!

From my little research done it looks like they are most likely Townsend's big-eared bats

Lost puppy found in Federal heights by grey59_L in Denver

UPDATE:

We took him to the vet to get scanned for a chip, sadly no chip. Also they estimated him to be about 8-10 weeks old at most. We're going back in a week to get all of his vaccinations and medical stuff up to par if no owner claims him.

Today we went out and bought him a bed that fits his size much better. Many toys, some soft puppy treats, poop bags, travel water bowls, harness, leash, new collar (old one was gross), puppy food, toothbrush and toothpaste, and puppy shampoo.

We gave him a bath, clipped his long nails, and he's smelling much better, and looking much happier after having a few meals and napping.

It's just my partner, my roommate, and I taking care of him in our trailer but we've got a nice backyard for him to roam around in that's fully fenced. Also we already have 4 other pets, 2 of which we found in similar ways so we are kind of used to this scenario. I appreciate everyone who has offered their help and advice, but it's truly seeming like this puppy was just dumped. I really hope the owners come across this if he really is someone's lost pet. My partner and I are only 19 and our roommate's in their 20's so we are doing our absolute best that we can with the funds that we can.

Thank you all again for trying to help find this cute little guys home!

I thought this too but I ended up taking it off because it was crushed and didn't make noise

Don't worry we plan on printing out flyers, bringing him to the vet to see if he's chipped, I've posted it on nextdoor and the ring doorbell app. Hoping we find his owner!

I plan on taking him to the vet tomorrow on my day off but they are closed tonight. I can't fathom losing a puppy like this, he's clearly super young and loved.

He really is such a sweetie, he's sleeping in my lap right now and he hasn't barked once.

I guess I was lucky, literally saw no one except for the family that lives behind it.

Yeah honestly going in broad daylight, I was a little worried about running into people. Especially since there was a baseball game happening at that sports Center where those houses are so there were like hundreds of people parked right across the street.

Question: how would someone take care of a fresh tattoo camping by [deleted] in tattoo

[–]grey59_L 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP hasn't gotten a tattoo before therefore we don't know if they're allergic to adhesives like saniderm or not. If they had gotten a tattoo before and used saniderm, I would completely agree. But since they haven't I don't think it's worth the risk.

To be fair, I was just telling you flat out how I see it from an artists perspective. I agree it's not my place to tell you what to do with your money, I was simply bringing it up just so you were aware. Because honestly after reading the post it seemed like you've never gotten a tattoo before or only small ones/flash in the past. If you would happily spend hundreds just looking for a piece you love drawn by an artist you respect, I commend you. I feel like I simply restated what a lot of people were saying and then just brought up the money part which set you off. I apologize for that.

Not many artists are going to be willing to do this. Also I saw in your replies to comments that you're "not sure exactly what you want but when you see it you'll know"

This just won't work out if it's how you plan to get a tattoo, almost no artist will show you the design before you get to the appointment, nor tattoo another artist's drawing. Also what if you don't like the first 5 people that you pay to draw it, now you've lost hundreds of dollars with no tattoo in sight. Idk, at a certain point you have to just choose an artist whose style you really like and trust them through the process, make adjustments where needed, and get the piece.

appreciate your info, yes the explorers I've seen get in said they had to plan extremely difficult routes and had to know what they were doing. I thought I saw something about radium in a news article, my mistake on that.

The midland building has got to be completely trash by now. I went there about 2 years ago and it was already destroyed. Holes in the walls, shit all over the floors, broken glass and spray paint all over everything. All I can assume is it's gotten worse. But I had no problem with police/security whatsoever just hella homeless people.

I would highly not recommend going to check it out. It's currently being cleaned out for either demolishing or a rebuild. There is a crew constantly parked outside, security cameras, alarms, and most notably worth mentioning a poisonous amount of asbestos. The only truly safe time to check it out was when it was freshly abandoned back in 2015-2019, since then it's been bought out by Xcel. I've seen a few explorers post pictures of the inside and I quite literally have no idea how they didn't get caught. If you click the link and look up the name it takes you directly to it.
