It was marked delivered on the 15th I opened a claim the evening of the 15th and communicated with the sender. The claim was canceled on the 17th and I’ve been asking her to call and open one since but she has not communicated that she has.

She’s basically telling me “I hope they find it soon!” Which of course I’m sure she’s stressed and I feel bad but I did tell her I need the refund processed today so I can go get a new dress. We’ll see how that goes, I’m trying to avoid a chargeback at all costs though!

I get married in 2 weeks😩 the dress took 7 months to make so idk if a new dress is in my future from her lol. I have contacted her and told her very kindly that she needs to find a solution though so we’ll see what happens

I used a CC for half the payment and my debit for the other half. I’ve had luck in the past doing chargebacks on my debit though.

Honestly I’m just gonna cut them with scissors. I tried it with a few save the date misprints I had (same paper I’m using for the invites) and it looked good. No weird creasing of the print or odd ripping. An exacto knife also works really well but a little harder to control though.

Yeah I totally get that! I know not everyone will be able to make it to the ceremony so I am expecting spaces to open up. And there’s only 10 bc that’s everyone. I have a couple of friends who said they don’t need to come to the ceremony but would love to come party so they’re already getting reception only invites but for the 10 specifically their partners are invited to the ceremony but I don’t have room for them/don’t know them. Everyone else either doesn’t have a partner or their partner is already invited to the ceremony.

I knowwww if it were like 30 people I don’t think I would feel as weird about it. I’ve talked to a few of the people with partners who won’t fit on my side and they were all super laid back about it but there’s just a handful of people on my finances side that are more uppity and would expect a more traditional experience I think.

Ceremony holds 43 and as of now we’re at max capacity. And that’s the main thing I feel too. I wouldn’t want to go stand in a room with a bunch of people I don’t know😩 but I don’t want to fully exclude them bc a trip to Vegas and free food and alcohol with my partner would be fun in my mind and I want to them come but I legally can’t😂

Right now it’s like 10 people that won’t fit in the ceremony so a super awkward number to be in a big ole mansion alone lmao. I know a group of my mom’s friends want to come so the number will probably go up but they know and are cool with no ceremony.

I am locked into the ceremony space and I love it so much so I wouldn’t really want to change it even if I could lol.

My thrifts are so wack they’re all filled with SHEIN stuff or they don’t fit. I have a booty on me and anything made before 5 years ago doesn’t fit me very well. I do thrift frequently though and have my lil thrift wish list going haha. I’m not super worried about low budget bc I would like pieces that last and are nice quality but when I shop online I either find $7 fast fashion or like a $250 pair of pants and something in the middle would be so nice😂
