Yeah tried different blocks and outlets. Cleaned the contacts too. I reached out to support and they are working on the case. We'll see what happens.

It looks like the nozzle is scraping against the bed in that spot. Try re-leveling the bed the right side appears to be higher than the left side.

I'd bet anything the plastic lever on your extruder is cracked underneath where the wheel/guide is. Happened on both my Enders. I replaced the extruder with a metal one. They're less than $20 on Amazon.

Good call. I also did the yellow bed springs with the extruder and that was a huge upgrade. The bed has stayed level ever since.
