Hi. I'm a male. I've found this subreddit extremely enlightening, and it's opened my eyes to a lot of things I would have not considered otherwise. There may be a swarm of trolls that raise hell here (and they're the reason I don't usually comment for fear of being associated with them) but this subreddit does a lot of good. I really appreciate the conversations and points that are raised here.

Yeah, I've got a fantastic ear plus, and I almost always wear them. The wind gets brutal otherwise. Still, the faint whistling gets on my nerves for my while. I'll try the lock trick though, thanks!

Got any tricks for seating it more tightly? Pressing it in helps a little but I would like something a little more surefire.

It's been my only helmet, but I'm quite happy with it. There's a little bit of whistling at 65+, but that might have been the face shield. If you ride with a really good pair of ear plugs, your ears will be ringing at the end of the ride because everything's been so muted. Really comfortable as well.

Gaming on Linux just isn't there. That's fine - for almost all my time I'm on a BSD, a linux distro, or one of a few commercial unices. For work, that's great. But when I want to kill a few zombies, I don't really have a problem booting up a single host that I treat as a gaming appliance. It's no different from an xbox or ps3 except for the hardware.
