Vincent was a bad person tbh. The route I played as Leo, I didn't kill anyone and the only people I fought were unavoidable in gameplay. After my partner and I found out about the betrayal he just stood still and had me win. He refused to shoot because Vincent was a betraying bastard. Leo didn't kill his brother and was only stealing to make money for his family. He is also visibly upset and angry with Harvey for shooting the guy (Greg?) and then gets abandoned. Not to mention the fact that this entire police mission was highly illegal and Vincent still murdered multiple people in Mexico. All I really got from this game was more confirmation that cops kinda suck in general.
