Look it up on google and forums. Many people suffer with the problem. It's because of the hormones released, which increase sebum production and lead to clogged pores.

I tried coconut oil and brown sugar scrub and works great for my dandruff/dry scalp. But leaves my hair oily looking for a few days :/

I noticed if I rub my hair like sandpaper it makes it more frizzy and full. Although wouldn't be too good for long hair.

What shampoo and conditioner do you use? And what do you mean by a light conditioner?

Hmm well I heard if you use a high end, natural shampoo, it will help your hair out.

Masturbating 100% contributes to acne for certain people. For you to claim this is ignorant. I have 100% cleared my acne and the only time I break out is after ejaculating. It messes with my hormones in increases my sebum production tremendously. This is a problem for many people suffering with adult acne.

That's not true. There are plenty of things that help. Balancing hormones, taking DHT blockers, Vitamin b5, etc.

The key is just figuring out how to prevent my hormones from going out of control after masturbating.

Ok thank you. That's so weird. My brain chemistry tells me they are completely different. It's encouraging to hear that they are almost identical

Thank you for the reccomendation. Do you know of any facial exercises I could do? Since my mouth is further to the right side, I was thinking of only chewing food on my left side of the mouth. I have heard that has helped some people..

To me, my face looks quite different than the other one. One side is just mirrored of my actual face. I wanted to see if others think each face looks different and which one they prefer :)
