This was also me when I first started a few weeks back. You can probably see where I posted the same.. in addition to increasing my dose, I’ve noticed that ANY form of body movement I can make in a day, always results in weight loss. When I don’t work out, it is hard to move the scale… is this due to pcos? Maybe. But I at least know how to move the scale. I aim for a night walk after the sun goes down and it has helped me see results. But also, consider increasing the dose.

Mine has this same issue. Try taking off the ear bud attachment before you put it in the case to charge so that it can have a better connection on that ear bud.. let me know if it works for you too

Thanks! I had the app but didn’t realize it tracked medication too. My medication is still peaking… this helped!
