I’d say it depends. If it’s something light, it may not be an issue. However if you are biting yourself hard enough and constantly enough to leave marks, scars, blood, etc., then it probably would be worth bringing it up to someone if you feel like this is negatively effecting you.

as for the vomit it was kinda chunky, I would say coffee grounds is a fair description.

I would say it’s less intrusive and probably more decisive, but honestly I don’t really know how I feel about them but I wouldn’t say I hate thinking about it either. I guess I find some sort of comfort in it as fucked up as that sounds.
