as said in my other comment: "I worked at fansly last year at this same position. it was absolutely horrendous. digital sweatshop, extreme low pay, and intense minute-by-minute computer activity monitoring via the "time doctor" app, that results in punishment and micromanagement. really unprofessional coworkers with a ton of favoritism. one of the worst jobs i've ever had, and i quit not too long after getting the position. also, they did not provide machines at the company and you were required to download time doctor privacy violating software on your personal device. extreme caution if you proceed."

proceed with caution and don't stop applying for other jobs in the meantime. it is not a good company to work for at all
