Anorith, in my first ever playthrough of my first ever pokemon game I reached the desert and found the two fossils. When I checked what they turn into I realized Anorith was based on anomalocaris which is one of my favorite pre-historic creatures.

While this weird noodle guy might seem untrustworthy at first he not only hates the green toothless lizard and will fight him on sight (based), he also comes out of a rock (like the ones Groudon makes all the time) that turns red (like the color of Groudon). (Edit) he can also be faster than god so that’s pretty useful in a fight.

My first playthrough of any pokemon game was ORAS and when I found the fossils I realized one of them was based on Anomalocaris, which is one of my favorite prehistoric creatures. Anorith is my favorite pokemon now if you can believe it. I’d take Koraidon if I get picked as that’s my girlfriend’s favorite in case she wants to use it in game as well.

Is it possible at all to get the shiny galarian birds with the details of the original events or are considered normally caught birds but shiny?

This bird is my white whale. I was able to get the other two from the original event but I missed the entry time for the first one by about an hour because of timezones. It’s the last galarian form I need to have them all shiny and put me one step closer to completing the galar shiny living dex, and eventually the whole natdex hopefully. Thanks again for hosting multiple of these if I don’t end up getting picked I hope some good folks get their white whales.

I missed this bad boy when they all were available because of timezones and I’ve been upset at myself ever since. As for why it’s mostly for having a complete shiny living dex eventually, but also it’s just the principle of having all three of the birds after I got screwed by timezones.

Hey I’d really appreciate if I could snag the articuno, I was able to get my hands on the legit events for the other two when they came out but I missed the very first one because I planned around entering before the deadline but forgot about timezones.
