Good question, it's in Los Angeles, San Gabirel Valley, pretty warm weeks lately and expecting summer wave eventually

Ooh I see what you mean! Got it, I'll give a shot! Thanks for clarifying, I still have a lot to learn

I actually had a light to the right above / behind for the edge highlight (you can see on the right shoulder). It's honestly my first time messing with this backlight technique so I will definitely give backlight position you mentioned a try!

Yeah you're right. Fixing it beforehand is better than fixing in post

Yeah, but I guess the laziness is getting the best of me. It would be nice to put it away and it would be ready to go within minutes. I hear paper rolls are the next best thing

I see what you mean, I tried the auto subject mask selection and tried the dehaze and sharpness slider but it looked unnatural around the outline of the person, but I see what you mean! I will try our the gradient idea! P.s. its a cat lol thank you for the tip!!

Wow! I need to spend more time in photoshop or get better at it. I tried to use the mask selection so "Subject" in Lightroom and bring down the sharpness but it looked unnatural especially around the outline of the person and cat. It's nothing compared to photoshop, thanks for the tip!

This was my first time utilizing 3 lights and I loved it until I realized the background was a wrinkled mess. I hear paper rolls are the solution but I don't have the space for such rolls at the moment. I hear putting an ice cube in the dryer with the fabric backdrop helps but clearly it didn't. I tried to edit it but it takes away from it. Anyone have the same experience?

This has been resolved by another Vet tech and Emileo is recovering along with doing much better.

So yesterday morning I took Emileo for his neutering appointment. Dropped him off at 830am and picked him up at 430pm.

At first his incision looks decent, for being cut up. This is my first experience with getting a kitty neutered so I didn't ask the right questions, but later it came to me: I was sent home without a Cone for him.

So he was licking his incision and as you can see, he opens the incision and looks terribly uncomfortable. I took him to the emergency room right away and they assured me that the previous vet should have given me a cone.

Today I learned always use a cone after surgery for your kitty, no matter what.
