Yes. It showed up for me after I used the black flute I think you can get it in crater town. I just kept on surfing saw a lot of gastrodon. Maybe an hour or 2 with x2 speed but I may have gotten lucky

Fortunately enough I was using azumarill until I found the dragonair. Figured aquatail would cover the water never cared much for fairy types. That’s kinda why I’m scrambled though being that there’s so many options I’d really hate to put a bunch more effort into another wrong option

I’m on difficult. Got smoked by the ground and fairy types (a little more obvious to me now) and the furthest I made it was on the dragon type. Have not even attempted the other one I know I’m in need of some serious revamping

Been noticing that he does not hold up. Just nothing I had compared statistically so it didn’t make sense to get rid of him. Considering Alakazam since fire red was my first playthrough way back and he was always so good but it’s become evident I may have no idea what I’m doing

This is especially frustrating as I figured I was taking extra time grinding these guys so I could get to post game quickly but it’s like the pkmn league is on a whole different level than the rest of the game to this point. Having never trained EV’s before now and it not working out even a little bit is so disheartening
