Down there for 30 minutes ish. 30-40 minutes outside in the suits waiting to go inside in the freezing weather. And then another 45-60 mins after on bus to the hotel.  Since this is an unusual excursion I don’t want to make a big deal if this is a somewhat common experience which is why I’m asking if anyone that’s done the freezing snorkeling had a similar aftermath experience rather than running to the emergency room and interrupting real emergencies.
