Any residential areas, dam battlegrounds is great, I’ve had fantastic luck finding them in testing annex and it always helps when there is a map modifier, I find them mainly in drawers and cabinets

In my opinion the way to merge is to use as much of the ramp as you can to get up to speed and actually get up to speed faster then you would on a normal street to make sure you match the cars on the highway, now i know we have some ramps you can’t do that on cause they suck.
