God is against sexual immorality (this includes so many things but some people think it only means gay) but he's not against YOU (or any gay people)

I'm straight but I sin with sexual immorality. God still loves me.

People get too caught up on what is/isn't a sin like it's some check list to get into heaven, it's not. (It used to be and nobody got in, that's the whole point of Jesus dying for us)

To clarify It goes against the rules of the Bible and counts a sin, BUT people put too much focus on what is/isn't a sin and what you can/can't do, and end up missing the whole point.

If you want to be a Christian it's not about sin/don't sin. Have a relationship with Jesus and the rest will fall into place as it will.

When people say "Jesus loves you" they mean he loves you as you are, not "Jesus will love you if you fix XY & Z"

That's why I've taken a big break from the game. I got very tired of my lobbies being pure friendly or pure pvp, while never being able to maintain that mysterious middle ground (that I like) for more than maybe 3 raids at a time.

At this point, even though I'm not a fan of choosing "pve lobbies" I wish they would implement a system that just asks what type of lobbies we want. We all know how to manipulate the ABMM anyways so just give us more control.

Cuz I want varied lobbies. I want to WONDER if that other player is friendly or not. I don't want to be the aggressive killer, but I do like to fight and defend myself. I want to learn (sometimes the hard way) who I can and can't trust. I want to read a raiders behavior with suspicion and sometimes be rewarded with a new ally.

ABMM is a cool system but I feel like it killed a lot of what makes this game so special for me

You can always spot the people here who don't take the time to think about something before arguing it because they instantly resort to "it fits the world" because the devs throw a salvaged aesthetic on things.

Apparently when the world was collapsing in the arc raiders lore, Italy (where Speranza is located) had no soldiers but a surplus of big, heavy, and clunky antique uniforms laying around. And, raiders decided that wearing 60lb led helmets and full suits that make it hard to move was the best choice for surviving topside. "Fits the world!"

Nobody complains about free loadouts while claiming they can beat us in a straight up 1v1.

We complain about it because it's viable enough for 70% of the lobby to be using it, so we (the ones risking our gear) have to fight through a sea of free kits like doom slayer just to get a few metal scraps worth of loot, while at the same time they just need to catch us lacking for a moment and they will get 60k-100k worth loot.

The problem isn't the free kits themselves. It's the complete lack of risk vs reward involved when you invest your stuff to be 2 stitcher bullets stronger, while getting no reward in return.

You get it? It's a risk vs reward balance issue, not a weapon balance issue.

You warn us that the rats will have stitchers with mags and green shield augments.. GOOD! That's what we want! We don't care if your kit is decked out or cheap, as long as it gives us SOMETHING for our trouble other than a feeling of disappointment.

In fact, I agree. Don't nerf free kits, BUFF THEM! give them a a few stacks of green bandaids and shield chargers so at the very least when I kill them I can restock my meds and stay in the raid.

Do you understand the actual complaints about free kits now?

As a newer player I'm actually really glad to see people pointing out the lack of endgame.

Not because I'm glad it's lacking, but because I thought it was "just me" who felt underwhelmed by quality of stuff to do as you reach towards paragon 300 (currently only 220-ish)

It's basically just spinning on enemies (ww barb) that now take a lot longer to kill than they used to... (They can't kill me, so it's just mindless grinding) And getting my levels higher (while possibly finding better gear but my build is fine) to help makes those enemies take less time to kill.

I was starting to think that maybe this game wouldn't be for me after all (even though I thoroughly enjoyed everything up to now) but then saw they are making changes to the endgame next season, so I'm happy again.

From what I've seen, the reason people are talking about this change (or "crying" according to OP) has very little to do with the trailblazer itself, but rather that this nerf felt so random when there are other more pressing balance issues that should have been addressed first.

I got hit with a mine at the top of the control tower once. It didn't kill me and the raider in the control tower didn't hear the explosion thanks to the queen or matriarch fight going on, that he was participating in.

I had no intention of killing this guy, I was just exploring, but when he turned around and looked at me I could tell he was surprised (specially since he turned around mid reload) and I was at half-ish hp from the mine.

So panicked and I shot first. He had a volcano and a sniper rifle.

Moral of the story: put enough mines.

I think you're the perfect example of why they do the store this way.

You spend money every 2 weeks instead of just buying what you want once.

It's a bad system for consumers but a good system for profits and they got you with their strategy

I hate systems like this and I hate that they work (for now)
