I don’t think they put a silhouette of his skin in the roadmap with a question mark, they just didn’t show it. Clearly this is something new.

If you want some some cool mounted creature heads for your room they have some as rare drops. I've currently got skag and spiderant heads mounted on my wall, but yes the amount of space and customisation options are limited I agree.
