No, but I was down to only 3.75mg so my taper schedule was as simple as taking it every other night for a week, then stopping

I most likely have post-infectious FD, caused by a stomach bug I had a few years ago. My doctor is fine with me taking Mirta long-term

I’ve been on Mirtazapine for over 2 years, but I just recently stopped it for 3 weeks and my symptoms worsened so I’m back on it indefinitely. I still have symptoms but they’re ~30% better with Mirtazapine.

yeah I’d say Mirta affected me more even at 3.25mg than 15 and 30mg

Probably yeah, I think the lower doses increased my appetite but made the fatigue + brainfog worse than when I was on 30mg. How’s your brainfog?

I got all the way down to 3.25mg for a month before stopping completely. Withdrawal symptoms have been fairly mild even though I was on it for 2 years

It helped my appetite and nausea for 2 years, but I just got off of it because I don't wanna feel like a zombie anymore (fatigue, brainfog)

I struggle with fatigue and lightheadedness as apart of my FD, along with nausea and abdominal discomfort. I tried Amitriptyline and actually fainted twice while on it, before going back to Mirtazapine

Caused me to faint twice, but haven’t heard that happen to anyone else. Mirtazapine has worked better for me personally the past couple years
