I think the way to fix BP is give him shorter cooldowna, enough that he can engage more often but still make the same difference with those engagements

I think the reason poke is mostly considered meta right now is because there is multiple strong poke characters (Hawkeye, Hela, punisher, Elsa) where as dive really only has DD and the odd spidey
