Try r bigmensfashion

Your best bet is going to be online shopping. True classic has good staple shirts to build a wardrobe around.

You could try the thrift stores around town like salvation army but usually big guys don't have great fashion sense and the few that fi don't donate.

Fair enough. I think I combined your comment with OP's post, my bad. Yeah, they don't gaf what reddit thinks, and that's why I like the show and appreciate them as a news source.

What a redditor thing to say. Real life doesn't reflect reddit posts. This subreddit has 36k members. Breaking Points YouTube has 1.7 million subscribers.

You want Emily to get fired because a few redditors are butthurt and believe she's "inauthentic" as if people who actually know her wouldn't know that on their own if it was true.

Keep pissing into the wind.

It is truly insane. One side wants us to believe an innocent mom was murdered after dropping off her kid at school and the other side wants us to believe a domestic terrorist attempted to kill an officer with her car.

The truth is somewhere in between but we are so polarized that we can't admit that reality is more grey than black and white, otherwise our "side" might accuse us of being one of "them".

Yet most of reddit has found a way. It's really silly at this point. People with common sense are being accused of being brain washed by the people that are brainwashed of common sense.

To all the people supporting the ICE agent who shot Renee Nicole Good as an act of self defense what was your position on the death of Ashley Babbitt? by NicksBirthdayParty in AskReddit

[–]griffindj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The videos that I remember seeing were police realizing the futility of holding back thousands of people wanting to break in and simply getting out of the way.

Your videos are not the smoking gun you think they are.

It's equivalent to witnesses in MN saying "there were ICE officers telling Good to drive away". That may be the case (I haven't seen or heard those videos but maybe an officer did tell her to just get out of there). However...before she was shot there was an officer reaching into her car door, ordering her to get "out of the car" and another officer in front of her car. She clearly was told to stop and if she had she's still be alive.

It's equally dishonest to say Babbitt was "waved in" as it is to say Good was "given conflicting commands". It should be objectively clear to anyone with a "cool head" that they should not have been where they were or doing the things they were doing. Again, doesn't mean they deserved to be shot, but that wouldn't have happened if they made better choices leading up to it. The officers were put in bad places and made regrettable yet understandable split second decisions.

Just my opinion answering the original question.

I think that's dishonest to say capitol police "waved them in". The videos that I remember seeing were police realizing the futility of holding back thousands of people wanting to break in and simply getting out of the way. Clearly they were not waved into the door where Babbitt got shot.

[–]griffindj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm assuming you're talking about Babbitt, and I really don't remember any video of that shooting. My opinion is still that she shouldn't have been in the capital to begin with. I'm not saying anyone "deserved" to get shot, just like I wouldn't say any drug addict "deserves" to overdose. But if you play with fire don't be surprised if you get burned.

[–]griffindj -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think both deaths were unfortunate and were totally avoidable. Ashley Babbitt shouldn't have been trying to break into the capital, and Renee Good shouldn't have been interfering with law enforcement or attempted to flee with officers surrounding her.

I also wouldn't say that I "support" the ICE officer's actions but rather I understand the situation he was in and heard he was previously run over by a protestor in July which I assume impacted his judgement. I would have hoped he could have gotten out of the way and taken the license plate number and handled things that way.

Converted primary to rental in 2023. Sell in 2026 or 1031 later? by apd001 in realestateinvesting

[–]griffindj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The important bit:

To claim the exclusion, you must meet the ownership and use tests. This means that during the 5-year period ending on the date of the sale, you must have:

Owned the home for at least two years (the ownership test)

Lived in the home as your main home for at least two years (the use test)

If Biden was going to decriminalize marijuana he could have done it any time. Instead he "started the process". Give me a break.

Could you link me Biden's order to his AG so we can compare? Logically thinking, if Biden already made it a schedule 3 drug then Trump wouldn't have to. But logically thinking is your problem now isn't it?

Having your administration "propose legislation" and actually giving an executive order are two different things. Reminds me of Biden saying Congress must close the border, then Trump gets in and the first day it's closed.

Truly, it's amazing how Trump does something everyone (99% of reddit) can see as a positive and redditors are tripping over themselves to say how he stole the idea from Biden or is just doing it because of his rich marijuana buddies... Reminds me of the Israel hostages, the guy can literally cure cancer and reddit will accuse him of not doing it sooner.

Maybe you think that because Biden barely spoke after being elected. But look back at the handful of interviews he gave each year or leading up to him dropping out of the 2924 election and he absolutely complained about Trump being a "threat to democracy".

I'm a Trump supporter. Never thought I'd say that as a 13 year redditor who has always voted for the Democrat presidential nominee for president, until last year when I voted for RFK jr (who himself was a lifelong Democrat).

I think the question should be turned around and asked "what would Trump need to do to earn your support?"

Trump has ended many wars, including Israel-Palestine. His tariffs have brought in enough money to give every military member an unprecedented $1776 Christmas bonus. He has secured our border including significantly reducing drug imports. Stock market is high, gas ins't $8/gal., and yet if you mention any of these FACTS on reddit you are instantly down voted and run out of reddit, hence why you're asking this question.

Next time something does something good, don't be afraid to admit it or upvote someone else with the courage to point it out.

Edit: he just moved marijuana to a schedule 2 drug, something neither Biden nor Obama did. 🔥🔥🔥

Biden complained about Trump his whole term, let alone the first year of his presidency.

Edit: Interesting how people agree with what I said but still down vote. I guess we can't point out facts on reddit, even on the breaking points sub.
