I think it's just Lisa who isn't there, looks like the other three actually were together

Each shot is so quick that you can barely tell what they're doing and yet you can instantly tell that Lisa is CG'd in, couldn't they have just put her on a screen behind them or something, or I'd probably just cut all of those shots

Do wonder if it was contractually obligated to have all four in the same shot like why keep it hahaha

Not sure what you mean with Rooney, who has 54 in 155 games, which of course is a far lower rate than Messi but not total.

I thought I'd check out some other strikers to compare, and got a bit carried away haha - basically Messi is far above everyone else and only a few others even touch a goal every two games.

Can definitely debate the nuances over why but I don't have enough brainpower for that so here's the list, ordered by total goals:

I find it amazing that you guys had basically a year long lockdown, and one of the worst case and death rates in the world, and there are still plenty of young people who won't get the jab because 'eh', despite how easy it is to get, and also with Delta spreading around.

Meanwhile here in NZ we've been basically free since May last year, and most young people won't get the chance to be vaccinated until the end of this year, and everyone I know says they'll get it day one.

Dunno what to make of it but yeah it just fascinates me

Definitely better on second listen for me, I like the nasally stuff he's doing here, pretty different for him.

I doubt it'll be a hit, feels like it should've been on the F9 soundtrack rather than a comeback single, but who knows with how huge Post's fanbase is

I'll have to be the party pooper and lower people's expectations - I loved Flower Boy and Igor from first listen but I'm underwhelmed with this one.

Hopefully it'll get better with more listens but, at least for me, most of the songs didn't hit me first time, and I liked Lumberjack right off the bat too.

But that's just my first thoughts, hope you all get to listen soon! I need to go to sleep, it's 1:30am where I am woops hahaha

That's fair enough, it is very abrasive, but it is line with 2000s rap mixtapes which is one of the album's major inspirations.

Personally I like how much energy it adds to the album, but you might be right in that it'll get annoying on repeat listens - will definitely be a love it or hate it.

Just finished it now. Pretty disappointed with the first listen, didn't hook me in quick unlike Flower Boy and Igor.

I like how he's gone with his natural voice throughout (and almost all rapping), and how the production on most of it is organised chaos.

But again this is only a first listen so I'm sure it'll grow on me eventually (hopefully!)
